What to do if you lose your booked vehicle's key or key fob

Once you realize that your keys are missing, stolen or damaged, gets wet or drenched in rain you have a couple of different options to get back in the car and on the road.

1. You should call roadside assistance +1 305 701 77 88 and notify ABC AUTOCARS via email
2. If roadside assistance from ABC AUTOCRAS has a long wait or isn’t available for some reason, you could go to a local dealership for your type of car.

Even though you purchased Maximum, Standart or Minimum Protection Plan and do not violate all policies, you will be responsible for the following:

If you lose the keys or key fob to the Vehicle.
• a service fee for replacing the keys or key fob and delivering replacement keys or key fobs or towing the Vehicle to the nearest ABC AUTOCARS location or to the nearest dealership;

If you lock the keys or key fob in the Vehicle
• a service fee for delivering replacement keys or key fob or towing the Vehicle to the nearest ABC AUTOCARS location or to the nearest dealership;
