ABC AUTOCARS: Car Rental Fuel Policy Guidelines

At ABC AUTOCARS, we offer flexible fuel options to suit your needs. You can choose how you'd like to handle fueling your rental vehicle.

Fuel Policy for Non-Airport Locations

• Return with Same Fuel Level: Refuel the vehicle to the same level it had when you picked it up.
• Skip Refueling: If you choose not to refuel, a refueling charge will apply based on the local ABC AUTOCAS rate, which is typically higher than the current pump price. ABC AUTOCARS can charge you a $20 inconvenience fee in addition to their cost to replace the gas plus 3.5% processing fees.

Please note: A full tank of gas is not guaranteed when you pick up the vehicle.

• Return with Same Fuel Level: Refuel the vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up.
• Skip Refueling: If you do not refuel, a charge will apply at the local ABC AUTOCARS rate, which is usually higher than pump prices. ABC AUTOCARS can charge you a $20 inconvenience fee in addition to their cost to replace the gas plus 3.5% processing fees.
• Pre-Pay Fuel Option: For added convenience, you can pre-pay for a full tank of fuel when picking up your rental.

• No need to stop for fuel before returning the car.
• Enjoy a discounted per-gallon rate, typically below local pump prices.
