Minimum Plan Coverage
With the Standart Plan, the renter remains financially responsible for physical damage to the vehicle up to $1,000.00.
Mechanical, suspension, tire, rim, and interior damage are expressly excluded and not covered.
⚠️ Important – Please Read:
If any body damage is identified during or after the rental period,
the renter authorizes ABC AUTOCARS to immediately place a temporary security hold of up to $1,000 on the payment method on file.
This amount represents a provisional hold to cover inspection, appraisal, and potential repair costs and is not a final charge.
The security hold will be adjusted once the damage assessment is completed.
Any unused portion will be released.
⚠️ Important – Please Read:
Protection plans do NOT cover tire damage, curb impacts,
mechanical or suspension damage, inspections, vehicle downtime, or related
charges.
Such issues may result in additional charges or
temporary security holds, even if a protection plan is selected.
⚠️ Security Deposit Notice:
If any damage, violation, or chargeable issue occurs during the rental period, the security deposit will not be refunded.
The security deposit does not cover damage, does not limit liability,
and will be applied toward outstanding charges. Any remaining balance must be paid by the renter.
⚠️ Rim, wheel, and hub damage
Rim, wheel, and hub damage resulting from curb impact, road hazards,
or improper operation is not covered by any protection plan and must be paid by the renter.
Any rim, wheel, or hub damage requires mandatory mechanical inspection,
including but not limited to wheel alignment, suspension (front and rear),
steering, subframe, and complete underbody inspection, to ensure vehicle safety.
Replacement or repair costs may be charged up to $500 per rim,
depending on the extent of the damage. Inspection, labor, and administrative fees are charged separately.

U.S. residents are required to provide their
own valid auto insurance policy prior to vehicle pickup.
