Protection

Under the Minimum plan, the Renter is liable to pay up to $3,000 for Physical Damage to the Vehicle (excluding Mechanical or Interior Damage) incurred during the Rental period. Additionally, the Renter is responsible for Related costs, including but not limited to claims administrative fees, appraisal costs, towing, assistance, and consulting fees, are payable separately and are not included in the $3,000 limit.

Under the Standard plan, the Renter is liable to pay up to $3,000 for Physical Damage to the Vehicle (excluding Mechanical or Interior Damage) incurred during the Rental period. Additionally, the Renter is responsible for Related costs, including but not limited to claims administrative fees, appraisal costs, towing, assistance, and consulting fees, are payable separately and are not included in the $1,000 limit. The Renter must provide their own Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance policy at the time of approval to drive and at pick-up time.. ABC AUTOCARS has the right to withhold up to a $10,000 warranty deposit if any damage occurs, regardless of fault or the cause of any damage.
